<p><strong>1.BRIEF DESCRIPTION AND JOB FUNCTION</strong></p>
<p>The Service Providers Supervisor is responsible for creating a service provider network, and its management. He oversees the service providers, agreements rates enhancement, growth of the network, club membership providers, Roadside assistance, Travel assistance, garages and all kinds of network requested by the company and other related projects.</p>
<p>This role requires an individual who is tenacious, influential, creative with the proven ability to analysis and always put in place the best service delivery and portfolio.</p>

<p><strong>2.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<li>Responsible for creating and expansion of the service provider network.</li>
<li>Negotiate service agreements and rates with vendors and service providers.</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining contracts or service level agreements with clients.</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and negotiating contract terms.</li>
<li>Interacting with vendors to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.</li>
<li>Monitoring the quality and the service performance and taking corrective actions to meet or exceed service targets.</li>
<li>Investigating and resolving customer complaints or issues related to service delivery.</li>
<li>Implementing and monitoring quality control processes and invoices to ensure service excellence.</li>
<li>Conduct regular updates and training sessions for existing service providers.</li>
<li>Responsible for service delivery to clients and their end-customers.</li>
<li>Enhance the sales of our products and cards to the vendors.</li>
<li>Reduce service providers’ costs and average costs.</li>
<li>Increase company commission and income.</li>
<li>Club membership enhancement, and providers’ growth.</li>
<li>Service providers portfolio analysis and improvement.</li>
<li>Developing satiations relationships to ensure professional service standard.</li>
<li>Handling queries, complaints, invoices, and customer service.</li>
<li>Collections from the garages and vendors.</li>
<li>Investigating and resolving customer complaints or issues related to service delivery.</li>
<li>Tracking and analyzing KPIs helps identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Prepares reports, presentations, and documentation related to operational activities.</li>
<li>Communicate operational performance, issues, and recommendations to senior management.</li>
<li>Conducting regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Collaborating with other departments, such as, marketing, IT, Call center, finance to enhance overall customer and vendors experience.<br /><br /></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED (EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS) </strong></p>
<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
<li>3+ years’ experience within the insurance or motors and non-motors industry.</li>
<li>Strong customer service experience.</li>
<li>Strong networking capability and connections.</li>
<li>Multiple proven track record in managing stakeholders.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues at a senior level.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills.<br /><br /></li>

<p><strong>4.Typical Working Conditions</strong></p>
<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
<li>Normal Working Hours 40 hours a week.</li>
<li>Working Timing 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.</li>
<li>Work may require occasional weekends and/or evening work.</li>
<li>This job may require occasional business trips outside Oman.<br /><br /></li>

<li>Decrease the Average cost by 25%.</li>
<li>Renew the actual agreement with better rates.</li>
<li>5 service providers per week for the Club.</li>
<li>Grow the network by 30% every month.</li>
<li>Increase revenue by promoting additional services to existing clients.</li>
